Qualifications:
- Current and active teaching credentials in Special Education
- Experience working with moderate to severe caseloads

- Ability to adapt instructional strategies for diverse learners

Responsibilities:
- Instruct and support students with moderate to severe disabilities, adapting curriculum and teaching methods as appropriate
- Develop and implement IEPs in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Assess students’ progress regularly and modify lesson plans to address unique learning needs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including general educators, aides, therapists, and parents—to ensure comprehensive student support
- Foster an inclusive classroom environment that encourages student self-advocacy and independence
- Participate in school meetings, professional development sessions, and ongoing case reviews
