Position Details

• Location: Ukiah, California

• Contract Duration: 13 weeks

• Start Date: November 9, 2026

• End Date: February 7, 2027

• Shift: Day shift

• Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday

• Weekends: Not required for this outpatient assignment

• Experience: 3–5 years preferred

• Specialty Focus: Pelvic floor therapy

• Required License: Active Physical Therapist license for the state of practice

• Certifications: BLS or an accepted equivalent

• Preferred Certification: PRPC or WCS certification, or actively working toward one

• Education: DPT required for licenses obtained on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent

• Documentation Systems: ReDoc for outpatient documentation; Cerner PowerChart for inpatient documentation

Role Overview

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to improve physical function. Responsibilities include documenting evaluations and treatment progress, coordinating care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

This position primarily supports outpatient therapy, with the schedule and patient caseload managed by the department.
