HVAC Helper / Apprentice
Primary Responsibility:
Support installers to improve productivity, safety, and jobsite efficiency.
Key Duties:
- Assist with material handling, staging, and inventory control
- Support ductwork,insulations and piping installation
- Prepare equipment, tools, and work areas
- Assist with refrigerant line installation and insulation
- Perform basic cutting, measuring, sealing, and fastening
- Maintain clean and safe jobsite conditions
- Follow direction from lead installers and superintendent
- Learn installation methods, codes, and best practices
Qualifications:
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- OSHA-10 preferred
- Willingness to learn commercial HVAC systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
