Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting evaluations and assessments for elementary-age students to identify academic, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Developing data-driven recommendations and interventions
- Participating in IEP meetings and working closely with multidisciplinary teams
- Providing guidance and consultation to teachers and parents to enhance student well-being
- Supporting crisis intervention and response initiatives when needed
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting strategies as appropriate
