Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Hold or be eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience in pediatric settings or schools is highly valued
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders within the student population
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain accurate, timely records
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to promote positive student outcomes
- Deliver direct therapy services and consultative support across grade levels
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary educational teams
- Take part in ongoing professional development and school initiatives
