Experienced BMW / MINI Technician – Up to $55 per Flag Hour – No Weekends

The Haus Auto | Culver City, CA | Full-Time

The Haus Auto is a busy independent BMW and MINI specialty shop proudly serving Southern California drivers since 2015. We’re hiring an experienced automotive technician for our flagship Culver City location.

What We Offer

Up to $55 per flag hour, based on experience and qualifications
Weekly guarantee up to $2,500, based on experience
Six-figure income potential
Signing bonus up to $3,000 for qualified A-level BMW/MINI technicians, paid after 90 days
Monday–Friday schedule—no weekends
Consistent workload in a busy specialty shop

Who We’re Looking For

An experienced technician who can diagnose accurately, complete repairs efficiently, and consistently deliver quality work.

Minimum 2 years of professional automotive repair experience
Verifiable BMW, MINI, or relevant German vehicle experience
BMW/MINI dealership experience preferred, but not required
Technicians with VW, Audi, Porsche, or Mercedes-Benz experience encouraged to apply
Strong diagnostic and repair skills
Reliable, productive, and able to manage a busy workload
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and pride in doing the job right

This is an experienced technician position. We are not hiring or training entry-level technicians for this opening.
