As an Assembler, you will independently support the assembly and packaging of medical devices within a controlled cleanroom manufacturing environment. Your role is critical to maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) while operating specialized equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and packaging of medical devices following detailed work instructions
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, including microscopes and hand-held scanners
- Conduct basic soldering tasks for small components with training provided if needed
- Maintain accurate production and quality records in alignment with GMP standards
- Support material handling and inventory movement, utilizing pallet jacks and manual lifting
- Collaborate with team members and production operators under moderate supervision
- Ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols and safety guidelines
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to perform manual production tasks including lifting and material movement
- Willingness to work in both manufacturing and warehouse settings
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in manufacturing assembly or production operations
- Familiarity with microscope operation and use of hand-held scanners in manufacturing
- Basic soldering skills in a production environment
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Experience working in cleanroom environments and following GMP protocols
Note: Candidates without all listed skills may receive training for assembler and operator roles.
