Pay Frequency: Weekly pay About the Role ShareSTAFF is hiring Home Health Aides for temp-to-hire assignments at a Residential in Tracy, Ca. ShareSTAFF is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) / Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide 1:1 behavioral support, personal and basic medical care, medication assistance, supervision, and daily living support to children with behavioral, developmental, and medically fragile needs. Candidates will work in a structured, team-based residential environment and assist with documentation, housekeeping, transportation, and resident safety. You will work under the direction of Facility Administrator / Designee. What We Offer

What You Bring - Required
- High School diploma or equivalent
- DSP, HHA, or CNA experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Valid California Driver’s License
- DOJ/FBI clearance and TB screening
- BLS
