Job Description

- Board-Certified in Otolaryngology\n
\n-Head and Neck Surgery(preferred)\n
\n- Full-Time permanent Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Physician.\n
\n- Preferred Work Schedule:Monday to Friday (8AM to 5PM) " NO weekends.\n
\n- Mostly Outpatient and occasional Inpatient Consults.\n
\n- This is a new specialty that well offer, and we are looking for someone to help the medical group build the practice and service line.\n
\n- Offers flexibility and autonomyon building the practice.\n
\n- Position in Victorville, CA " around 45 minutes away from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga, CA\n
Salary and Benefits\n
\n- Base Salary + Production Bonus (50% of collections)\n
\n- Base Salary ranges from $500,000-$600,000 and is negotiable.\n
\n- Sign on bonus and Relocation allowance will also be given.\n
\n- Production bonus\n
