  • Position: Construction Project Manager

  • Location: Palo Alto, CA

  • Work Type: Hybrid (Approximately 2 days onsite)
  • \n

  • Contract Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)
  • \n

  • Travel: Approximately 25–30% (Western U.S. & Canada)
  • \n

  • Pay Rate : $40-$50/hr
  • \n

  • Industry: Engineering / Construction / Manufacturing
  • \n

  • Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline.
  • \n

  • 10+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
  • \n

  • Experience managing projects from design through construction execution.
  • \n

  • Strong experience managing contractors and cross-functional teams.
  • \n

  • Experience supporting manufacturing, production, industrial, life sciences, or medical device facilities.
  • \n

  • Strong knowledge of capital improvement projects and facility infrastructure.
  • \n

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • \n

  • Preferred QualificationsManufacturing or production facility construction experience.
  • \n

  • Life Sciences or Medical Device industry experience.
  • \n

  • Strong estimating and scheduling experience.
  • \n

  • Boiler & HVAC project experience.
  • \n

  • Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
  • \n

  • Basic AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
  • \n

  • PMP Certification is preferred but not required.
  • \n
