Job Description2nd Shift Finisher – Huntington Beach
We are currently hiring a 2nd Shift Finisher for a manufacturing company in Huntington Beach. This position is responsible for finishing metal parts by sanding, polishing, and preparing them for plating and the next stage of production.
Pay: $20.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:15 PM–11:00 PM
Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Shift: 2nd Shift
Job Responsibilities

Sandblast and polish metal parts to achieve a smooth finish.

Operate polishing machines and hand tools.

Apply chemical solutions used in the metal finishing and plating process.

Remove chrome plating from parts when required.

Inspect parts for quality and proper finish.

Prepare and stage finished parts for the next production process.

Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements

Previous manufacturing, metal finishing, polishing, or sandblasting experience preferred.

Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work with hand tools and production equipment.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Willingness to work overtime when needed.
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Ability to perform repetitive movements such as sanding and polishing.

Ability to lift and move parts as required.

Ability to wear required PPE while working with machinery and finishing chemicals.
