Job Description

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Director of Human Resources to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $95,000 to $110,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead all human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, workforce planning, training, and organizational development.
Manage and develop HR team members while providing both strategic direction and hands on support for daily HR operations.
Oversee recruitment efforts for technical, sales, and professional positions while driving hiring performance and workforce growth.
Lead employee onboarding, training administration, performance management programs, and retention initiatives across the organization.
Support organizational growth by managing acquisition integration activities, employee transitions, and people related change management efforts.

Requirements:

7+ years of progressive human resources experience, including at least 2+ years leading an HR function.
Previous experience managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance requirements, and multi state workforce administration.
Prior experience supporting business growth, workforce expansion, and organizational scaling initiatives.
Ability to develop HR strategies while remaining actively involved in day to day execution and employee support.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in private equity backed, high growth, or rapidly expanding organizations.
Demonstrated success leading workforce integration efforts related to mergers, acquisitions, or organizational transitions.
Prior experience recruiting technical, engineering, IT, sales, or business development talent.
Professional HR certification, such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and relationship building skills with the ability to influence employees and executives at all levels.
