We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy Media Specialist to lead the technical, logistical, and production side of our store’s digital content and live-shopping operations. You will manage all backend technology for our live streams, direct and produce video content, coordinate creator visits, and collaborate with the Store Manager to turn our product catalog into high-performing content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Live Shopping Operations: Set up, run, and manage the technical backend for weekly live shopping events (audio, lighting, streaming software, product tag management, and real-time moderation).
- Content Creation & Production: Plan, shoot, and edit short form videos and promotional assets showcasing new arrivals, restocks, and store features in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Influencer & Creator Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for visiting influencers and guest creators scheduling visits, coordinating product pulls, and managing on site collaboration.
- Strategy & Product Ideation: Partner with the Store Manager to analyze inventory and develop fresh content concepts based on new arrivals, top sellers, and seasonal trends.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor engagement, view counts, and sales metrics from live streams and media posts to continually optimize production quality and content strategy.
Qualifications:
- Experience in social media production, video editing, live stream management, or digital marketing.
- Hands on proficiency with smartphone/camera filming, lighting, audio equipment, and video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools).
- Strong organization and communication skills for coordinating creator partnerships and live schedules.
- Keen eye for retail trends, viral social media formats, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues on the fly during live broadcasts.
