Make an immediate impact supporting students and staff as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an upcoming contract assignment. This opportunity offers both full-time and part-time possibilities for the current and upcoming 26/27 school year. You'll work with a dynamic educational team to enhance student communication skills and contribute to a supportive learning environment.
Enjoy a competitive hourly pay range from $55 to $70, depending on experience.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows welcome to apply
- Previous experience working with school-aged children and diverse caseloads is valued
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities
- Flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ needs
- Deliver direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
- Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and engage in ongoing communication with families and educational staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administration to ensure optimal student progress
- Provide guidance on augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems as needed
