We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Anaheim that is seeking a Bilingual Spanish HR Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and contributing across multiple areas of Human Resources.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on HR professional with strong employee relations experience, knowledge of California labor laws, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and management.
- Support employee relations activities, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management guidance.
- Administer onboarding, offboarding, and new hire orientation programs.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, and hiring processes.
- Maintain HRIS records and employee personnel files.
- Support benefits administration and answer employee benefit-related questions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Coordinate leave of absence requests and workers' compensation claims.
- Assist with training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and support special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
- 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of California labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
