Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessment sessions with clients to determine their psychological needs and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their individual goals.

  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), to address mental health issues.

  • Document client progress meticulously, maintaining accurate and timely records in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in team meetings to share insights, discuss treatment protocols, and coordinate care strategies for clients.

  • Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and staying updated on the latest research and best practices in behavioral health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults and adolescents dealing with a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and executive functioning challenges. You will work closely with clients to empower them in their therapeutic journey, helping them to navigate personal challenges and achieve their mental health objectives.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

  • Competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
