Job Description

HUGE OPPORTUNITY IF YOU’RE A SOCIAL STUDENT WHO’S ACTIVELY INVOLVED IN COLLEGE LIFE AND CAMPUS ORGS!

\n

\n

Mutuals is an IRL social network built around real-world events, communities, and experiences. We’re already growing quickly at USF and across San Francisco, and we’re now expanding into more Bay Area and California campuses.

\n

\n

A big part of Mutuals is our campus-gated experience. Once students verify their school, they can discover events, organizations, and communities specific to their campus. That makes growth very natural: onboard a few strong campus organizations, get them using Mutuals for their events, and their members and attendees follow.

\n

\n

We’re looking for well-connected students to join our Campus Growth Affiliate Program and help lead that expansion.

\n

\n

This is a flexible, performance-based role with a base stipend plus commission, with significant upside for strong performers. There are no required shifts, and you’ll have a lot of freedom to figure out what works best on your campus, whether that’s through student orgs, Greek life, social communities, campus media, events, or your own network.

\n

\n

This is a strong opportunity to get involved with an early-stage startup, build real growth experience, and have a direct impact on how Mutuals launches at your school. Strong performers may also have opportunities to take on larger growth, community, or future full-time roles with Mutuals as we scale.

\n

\n

We’re especially looking for students who are social, ambitious, deeply involved on campus, and excited about helping build something that could become a core part of college social life.

\n

\n

Preferred Colleges: SFSU, UC Berkeley, Stanford, Santa Clara University, San José State, UC Davis, Cal Poly SLO, USC, Chapman University, UC Irvine, UC Riverside, UCLA, UC Santa Barbara, San Diego State, UC San Diego, Loyola Marymount, University of San Diego, Arizona State, University of Arizona, University of Oregon, University of Washington, and other strong California and West Coast colleges.

\n

\n

Other California and West Coast colleges are encouraged to apply.
