We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in asphalt paving, grinding, and managing field crews on construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate asphalt paving and grinding operations.
• Manage and lead field crews to ensure productivity and quality workmanship.
• Coordinate daily work activities, equipment, materials, and manpower.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, subcontractors, and other field personnel.
• Monitor schedules and ensure projects stay on track.
• Troubleshoot field issues and maintain a productive job site.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Asphalt Superintendent or Foreman.
• Strong background in asphalt paving, asphalt grinding, and roadway construction.
• Experience running crews and managing day-to-day field operations.
• Knowledge of construction plans, specifications, and traffic control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
