Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Screen Printing Supervisor to oversee daily printing operations and lead our production team. The ideal candidate will have strong screen printing knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily screen printing production.
- Lead, train, and support production employees.
- Ensure print quality and production efficiency.
- Monitor production schedules and meet deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Troubleshoot printing equipment and production issues.
Qualifications
- Previous screen printing experience required.
- Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Knowledge of screen printing processes, inks, and equipment.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work the scheduled production hours.
Compensation and Schedule
- Pay up to $30 per hour, based on experience.
- Work schedule: 4:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
