Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to determine clients' mental health status, needs, and therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
In this role, you will primarily work with adults and adolescents experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will have the opportunity to address and support clients’ unique backgrounds, ensuring that your approach is culturally sensitive and tailored to individual needs.
Qualifications\n

- Valid and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated understanding of mental health issues, particularly those affecting individuals in community health settings.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, facilitating effective engagement and collaboration with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Awareness of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, as applicable to therapy interventions.

- A minimum of two years’ experience in providing mental health counseling, particularly within a community health or clinic-based environment.
- Experience in working with crisis intervention and case management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The salary range for this full-time role is between USD 63,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
