Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Services Professional located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role involves meeting with clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and timelines, and developing tailored financial and retirement planning strategies. Daily responsibilities include analyzing client financial information, recommending appropriate investment and insurance products, and providing ongoing portfolio reviews and adjustments. The Financial Services Professional will maintain detailed records, ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements, and communicate regularly with clients to educate them on market developments and plan performance. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams, participating in training, and engaging in business development activities to expand the client base.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to design and implement comprehensive client strategies.
  • \n

  • Candidates should possess solid Finance and Financial Services knowledge to understand products, markets, and regulatory requirements.
  • \n

  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly, build trust, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • \n

  • Relevant professional licenses (such as FINRA Series 6, 7, or equivalent, and insurance licenses) or the ability to obtain them within a defined timeframe.
  • \n

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • \n

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and high ethical standards.
  • \n

  • Comfort working in a highly regulated environment and following firm policies and procedures.
  • \n

  • Demonstrated ability to work on-site with clients and colleagues in the San Francisco Bay Area and manage a schedule that may include client meetings outside standard business hours.
