Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Offline Partnerships & Field Marketing Identify, negotiate, and execute cross-industry collaborations with student unions, community organizations, local merchants, and business groups.

\n

2. Lead field promotions in residential areas, campuses, office buildings, and commercial districts to drive new user acquisition. Recruit, train, and manage parttime field teams;

\n

3. provide daily goals and performance tracking. Adjust pitches and promo tactics based on realtime feedback to optimize conversions.

\n

4. Online Partnerships & KOC Development Source and activate local KOCs/KOLs to promote brand awareness and conversion.

\n

5. Manage collaboration pipeline, budget, and ongoing relationship with partners.Build and operate local user communities (e.g., Discord, Facebook, WeChat groups) to enhance engagement and retention.

\n

6. Maintain a local user database for insights, communication, and referral/word-of mouth growth.

\n

7. Basic Marketing Operations Job Requirements Support in-app content operations including banner placements, promotional entries, and campaign scheduling. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing/Operations/Product) to deliver regional business goals. Monitor competitive trends and provide actionable insights for strategy optimization.

Job Requirements

1. Experience in offline promotion, student organization partnerships, or cross industry collaborations strongly preferred.

\n

2. Outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and enjoys speaking with people.

\n

3. Ability to negotiate and independently drive projects and partnerships.

\n

4. Familiar with user growth metrics (DAU, FTU, repurchase, retention etc.) or willing 3 / 4 to learn quickly.

\n

5. 5.High adaptability and strong stress tolerance; comfortable with on-ground tasks.
