Role Description This full-time, on-site Automotive Technician role is based at our service center in Los Angeles, CA. The Automotive Technician is responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance, including inspections, oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks. The role includes diagnosing issues, carrying out automotive repairs, and addressing suspension and other mechanical systems according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Daily tasks involve using diagnostic tools, following repair orders, documenting work performed, and communicating clearly with service advisors and team members. The technician is expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhere to all safety protocols, and deliver reliable, timely service to support an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in vehicle maintenance and routine oil changes.
- Experience with automotive repair and general maintenance & repair tasks.
- Knowledge of suspension systems and related diagnostic and repair procedures.
- Ability to read and follow repair orders, service manuals, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Relevant automotive certifications (e.g., ASE) or completion of an automotive technology program preferred.
- Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic in a dealership or repair facility is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
