Delivery Driver Associate Responsibilities:

· Safely load vans and efficiently deliver packages to a variety of different locations (apartments, businesses, residential) while executing safety procedures.

· You can expect to work a consistent weekly schedule (1-3 days: Part-Time; 4 days: Full-time) and between 8-10 hours per day.

· Follow strict safety standards on and off the road

· Operate an electronic device for GPS and Amazon FLEX usage

Job Details:

· Starting Pay (Biweekly): $23.50/hr

· No previous work experience required. No test for marijuana!

· Performance-based job - consistent work between 8 -10 hours each scheduled shift, with overtime available

· Opportunity for advancement - Step-Van (DOT-physical and 5-panel screening required) along with a $250 bonus

· Bonuses during PRIME/PEAK seasons

· Free Work Shoes Program - $125.00 credit for new shoes

Delivery Driver Requirements:

We provide on-the-job training so that all of our employees feel confident on the road and the doorsteps of customers. Health and safety are always a top priority for Zealigent Logistics Inc and the Delivery Service Partners Amazon contracts with. Zealigent Logistics Inc. ensures its full compliance with local, state and federal guidelines and regulations.

· Be 21 years or older.

· Have a valid driver's license within the state of employment (a commercial driver’s license (CDL) is not required)

· Be able to operate and navigate a company delivery van that weighs 10,000 lbs. or less.

· Must be able to lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodations. Equipment and resources are available.
