Job Description

Join a leading mobile healthcare services team as a Point-of-Care Laboratory Technician. You’ll perform laboratory testing in mobile/remote healthcare settings, process patient specimens, maintain accurate records, and ensure quality and timely results.

Location: San Leandro, CA
Pay: $26–$32/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Perform point-of-care testing in Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Molecular, and Coagulation.
Collect blood specimens through venipuncture and capillary collection.
Process specimens, enter patient information, and document test results.
Perform quality control checks and report abnormal results appropriately.
Maintain laboratory equipment, supplies, and required documentation.
Drive the company vehicle/mobile lab as needed.

Requirements

Must be an LVN, MLT, or CLS — Phlebotomists alone are not eligible.
California license/certification as required.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Laboratory testing and phlebotomy experience preferred.
Ability to work safely around bloodborne pathogens and biological materials.
