We have partnered with a leading aerospace manufacturer in Signal Hill who is seeking a CNC Machinist (Set up+Operator). This position is contract-to-hire.
Shift: 1st 7:30am - 4:00pm
We are looking for an experienced CNC machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of CNC machines and the ability to operate them in a safe and efficient manner. The successful candidate will be able to read and interpret blueprints, set up and adjust CNC machines, and maintain quality control standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to work in a fast-paced environment and gain valuable experience in the manufacturing industry. Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Set up and operate CNC machines.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines.
• Check finished parts for accuracy and quality.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Tool Swapping
• Use precision measuring tools ( calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Haas/Fanuc Controls
