We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team. This role requires acute care experience and the ability to manage cases effectively. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a focus on patient care and case management.
Responsibilities
- Work every other weekend as part of the team’s requirements.
- Manage and coordinate patient care effectively.
- Float between like units as needed to support the facility's operations.
- Utilize Epic for charting and documentation purposes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in acute care settings.
- First-time applicants are accepted with Clinical's approval.
- Locals are welcome to apply.
- All requested time off (RTO) must be included at the time of application.
