+$0.20 CPM for miles over 10,000 Per Month

+$0.04 CPM Performance Bonus (starts immediately upon truck assignment)

+$0.02 CPM for Canada Qualified Drivers (passport owners)

$150 Layover Pay

$100 Tarp Pay

$30 Per Hour Detention Pay (After 3 Hours)

MINIMUM DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS:
