$18.50/hour + bonuses and commissions
Annual earning potential: $80,000–$100,000, based on performance
Get paid to meet people and build valuable sales skills! US POWER is hiring outgoing Solar Appointment Setters to connect with local homeowners and schedule qualified appointments. No experience required—we provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Meet homeowners through door-to-door outreach and introduce our solar and home energy solutions.
- Identify interested homeowners and schedule qualified appointments.
- Keep homeowner information and appointment details accurate and organized.
You start the conversation and book appointments; our experienced Solar Consultants handle proposals and closing.
Compensation
- $18.50/hour
- Appointment bonuses, sales commissions, and weekly performance bonuses.
Full compensation details will be reviewed during the interview.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 2:00 PM–7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
Who We’re Looking For
Positive, dependable, motivated people who enjoy connecting with others, are comfortable walking outdoors and approaching homeowners, and want to develop new skills. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, canvassing, or sales is helpful but not required.
