Precision Tube Bending, an established aerospace manufacturing company, is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Pressure Test Technician to join our manufacturing team.
The ideal candidate will have experience performing pressure and leak testing on aerospace tubing, fabricated assemblies, and precision components. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow technical procedures, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform pressure and leak testing on aerospace tubing, welded assemblies, and fabricated components.
Conduct hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing in accordance with approved procedures and customer specifications.
Set up and operate pressure testing equipment, fixtures, gauges, and related instrumentation.
Verify test pressures, hold times, and acceptance criteria against engineering and customer requirements.
Inspect components for leaks, pressure loss, and other nonconformances.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, work orders, and technical specifications.
Properly connect and secure test fittings, hoses, adapters, and fixtures.
Monitor testing equipment and accurately record test results.
Complete required inspection reports, test records, and quality documentation.
Identify and report defective or nonconforming components.
Maintain equipment and ensure measuring instruments are within required calibration periods.
Follow established safety procedures when working with pressurized systems.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Coordinate with Production and Quality personnel to meet manufacturing requirements.
Required Qualifications
Experience in pressure testing, leak testing, or a related aerospace manufacturing process.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and technical specifications.
Familiarity with pressure gauges, regulators, fittings, valves, and testing equipment.
Ability to accurately follow written testing procedures and document results.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
Understanding of workplace safety procedures and proper handling of pressurized equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a manufacturing team.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in aerospace manufacturing or precision metal fabrication.
Hands-on experience with hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing.
Experience testing aerospace tubing, welded assemblies, and fluid transfer components.
Familiarity with leak detection methods and pressure testing equipment.
Knowledge of AS9100 aerospace quality requirements.
Experience maintaining test records and traceability documentation.
Familiarity with calibrated measuring and testing equipment.
