This contract opportunity involves working 15 hours per week in a supportive school environment with a highly collaborative team. Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold California SLP licensure and California CTC credentials
- Experience in school-based settings, particularly with elementary-aged students, is beneficial
- Open to SLPs with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Demonstrated skills in pediatric speech-language pathology, including assessment and intervention
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with students, teachers, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students individually and in small groups
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with education guidelines
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to foster growth and monitor progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to creating an inclusive learning environment
