We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent pharmacy in Chester, California, seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join its close-knit team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician looking for a stable, weekday-only position with no evenings or weekends. You'll be working alongside an experienced pharmacy team in a busy community pharmacy that fills just under 200 prescriptions per day, while also providing vaccinations and point-of-care testing services.

What You'll Be Doing
- Assist the Pharmacist with the safe and accurate dispensing of prescriptions.
- Process new and refill prescriptions efficiently.
- Enter prescription information into the pharmacy management system.
- Prepare and label medications.
- Manage inventory, ordering and stock control.
- Handle insurance claims and resolve billing issues where required.
- Provide outstanding customer service to patients both in person and over the phone.
- Support the pharmacy team in maintaining a clean, organised and compliant workplace.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Current California Pharmacy Technician registration (or eligibility).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Friendly, professional communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy community pharmacy environment.
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent patient care.
What's on Offer
- Starting pay of $25.00 per hour
- 40-hour working week
- Monday to Friday schedule
- 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM
- No evenings
