RN - ICU | 12hr Nights | 36 hrs/week | Cerner | 13 weeks | 2–3+ yrs ICU exp (trauma required) | ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, COVID required (PALS preferred) | MUST have ICP monitoring &amp; ventric experience (or strong post-TPA) | Ratios 1:1–2 | 30 beds | Dysrhythmia test Day 1 (Pass/Fail) | Vents (Hamilton), Tele GE | No aides | Every other weekend | Float to Tele/MedSurg | Fast-paced unit, strong team skills required |
