Job Summary:
Poor Richard’s Press has an opening for a Project Manager/Customer Service Representative. This is a full- time position working directly with customers and the Poor Richard’s Press team to create and process orders.

Poor Richard’s Press is a well-established, always growing printing company that offers all types of embroidery, screen print, printing, promotional product sales, web design and much more.

A successful candidate will be involved in communicating with customers, managing projects from beginning to end, estimating, purchasing, basic accounting, answering telephones and emails from customers. They will work hand in hand with customers to create branding items that they love.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Software and basic file prep is a plus.

Compensation is based on the level of relevant experience and is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Assisting clients with print, apparel and promotional design, providing suggestions and meeting the client's needs
• Respond to customers’ inquiries in a timely, courteous, and professional manner
• Greet and attend to customers both in person and via phone/email
• Planning, scheduling, and monitoring apparel jobs as they move through production
• Address customer complaints and seek the input of Manager when the matters cannot be resolved.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to lift 50 pounds or more.
