Desired Qualifications:

• Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in California.
• Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations.
• Knowledge of developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and maintain accurate, timely documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ fine and gross motor skills and sensory processing needs.
• Design and implement individualized and group therapy sessions tailored to students’ goals.
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ participation and success within classroom routines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable input regarding recommended therapy strategies and accommodations.
• Monitor and document students’ progress while adjusting interventions as necessary.
