Job Description
Join our team as a Construction Laborer, where you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction projects through diverse tasks and responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Spotting and ensuring site safety.
- Preparing the site for construction activities.
- Handling materials and ensuring their proper storage.
- Building and uncrating crates as needed.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization on the site.
Essential Skills
- Experience in general labor and construction.
- Mechanical inclination with the ability to use hand and power tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in general construction, general labor & demolition.
- Possession of PPE and steel-toed boots.

Work Environment
The role is based on a construction site, predominantly outdoors and subject to weather conditions. Safety gear such as vests and glasses will be provided by the employer. Orientation will occur on-site to ensure familiarity with safety protocols and job expectation
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Los Angeles, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
