This full-time, onsite position spans 37.5 hours per week and begins in September 2026, continuing through early June 2027. Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching credential (or eligibility)
- Experience creating individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Ability to tailor instruction for diverse learning needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment
- Adaptability in working with varying age groups and caseloads
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction to students with a range of learning differences
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans rooted in IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families
- Track student progress and maintain accurate records and documentation
- Attend IEP meetings and actively contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Provide ongoing support, encouragement, and advocacy for students
