Partnering with a skilled primary care team, you will manage a steady panel focused on adult medicine without taking on hospital duties. This full-time Family Medicine position in Santa Barbara County offers significant financial upside alongside federal loan forgiveness eligibility.
Position Overview:
- Base salary: 300,000 with earning potential over 400,000
- Outpatient Family Medicine position focused on adult patient care
- Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Join a well-established team of primary care providers with excellent support staff
- See an average of 15-18 patients per day
- No inpatient or hospital work required
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility offered
