- Wire 3-phase and single-phase systems (motors, controls, transformers, PLCs, sensors, switches, transmitters).
- Complete work orders, reports, and system transactions with precision and timeliness.
- Advance Lean practices in assigned areas; support BAC-X and GAS standards and KPIs.
- Model safe work habits; maintain a clean, compliant, and orderly workspace; show reliable attendance.
- Adjust to shifting schedules and production priorities while protecting quality and on-time delivery.
- Recognize equipment performance issues, troubleshoot swiftly, and fine-tune to restore stability.
- Coach and motivate maintenance personnel; foster knowledge transfer and teamwork.
- Work any shift as needed; occasional travel may be required.

- Expertise in PLCs (including ladder logic), VFDs, and industrial instrumentation.
- Fluency reading/developing schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Skilled in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and root-cause methodologies.
- Proficient with electronic test equipment and diagnostic tools.
- General understanding of Lean and continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Safety-first mindset; thrives in team-based manufacturing settings.
- Proficient with basic math and handheld measuring tools (tape measure, dial calipers, square, protractor, micrometers).
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and PeopleSoft.
Certifications and training
- NFPA 70E Arc Flash Certification preferred. If you don’t hold it at hire, you must obtain certification and demonstrate competency within 90 days of your start date. If not met, reassignment, downgrade, or removal from the position may occur based on business needs and openings.
