Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Join Hill Top Winery as a part time Host in Valley Center, CA! In this exciting role, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for their experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Manage reservations and waitlists to optimize seating efficiency.
• Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials.
• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries regarding the restaurant.
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in training new hosts and providing support as needed.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues with professionalism.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service.
• Basic knowledge of reservation systems is a plus.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

$16.90/hour + tip out
