Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will support clients and our sales team through inbound and outbound calls, client communication, application processing, and administrative support. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in our CRM, transferring qualified leads, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring a positive client experience in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients via phone and email with professionalism and care.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls using an auto-dialer system.
- Transferring qualified leads to our sales team.
- Entering and maintaining accurate client data in our CRM.
- Preparing and mailing client kits.
- Processing applications and conducting verification calls.
- Following up on application statuses with carriers and clients.
- Supporting post-sale client satisfaction efforts.
- Performing general administrative tasks like scanning, filing, and data entry.
- Jumping in to support other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED + 1 year of admin experience, or Associate's degree.
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
- Strong phone presence and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Proficiency in CRMs and internet navigation.
- A passion for helping others.
Working Conditions:
- Stationary role, operating a computer and office equipment.
- Light lifting (up to 25 lbs.).
- Office environment with occasional movement within the workspace.
