About the Position:

Title Coordinator- In-office position in Irvine, CA

Responsible for handling the title process for both paper and electronic titles. In addition to the expectation that you adhere to your department's attendance policy, duties include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Process both paper and electronic titles on newly originated loans. a) Log and send titles to Wells Fargo and assist with exception reports.
Monitor dealerships for title issuance.
Send letters to dealers when titles are late.
Call dealers and DMVs to follow-up on letters and title issuance.
Process title correction order duplicate titles when titles are lost or requested.
Process move and second lien requests.
Handle title transfers; handle paid-off and settled accounts. a) Pull/order and send out paid contracts, titles / lien releases.
Handle Assumption and Guaranty Agreements.
Maintain a professional and customer-friendly manner with each account and contact. Display a willingness to take direction, work cooperatively with management and co-workers, and project a positive demeanor. Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times.
