Job DescriptionProduction Associate - 2nd ShiftPay: $21.50/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM-11:00 PM (Overtime available)Position OverviewWe are hiring Production Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team producing high-quality doors. This position involves operating machinery, assembling products, inspecting finished goods, and preparing materials for shipment while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment used in door manufacturing
- Assemble doors on a production line
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Machine doors for hardware installation
- Prepare, move, and stage materials throughout the production process
- Package finished products for shipment
- Perform general warehouse and production duties as assigned
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety procedures
Qualifications
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Experience in woodworking, millwork, cabinetry, or door production is a plus
- Knowledge of building materials is beneficial
- Ability to perform basic math and use handheld measuring tools
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
Hiring Requirements
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must attend a paid safety orientation on Friday, July 17, 2026, from 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
- Regular work schedule begins Monday, July 20, 2026
