Like to travel? This Traveling Senior Mechanical Project Manager role lets you live in the Anaheim, California area while running commercial HVAC, plumbing and piping projects nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Travel nationwide to manage commercial mechanical projects (HVAC, plumbing, piping, sheet metal)
- Own budgets, forecasts, schedule of values, billing and margin
- Lead buyout, procurement and local subcontractor/vendor setup in new markets
- Manage submittals, RFIs and change orders
- Coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers and field leadership on site
- Oversee MEP coordination using Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD and Revit MEP
- Enforce safety and quality standards on every project
Requirements
- 7+ years of commercial mechanical construction project management
- Willingness to travel nationwide (based in or near Anaheim, CA)
- Mechanical subcontractor experience on large commercial projects
- Expert in Procore, Bluebeam, buyout, schedule of values and change orders
- OSHA 30 preferred; PMP a plus
- Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 per year (USD)
