The Opportunity

Join our University Talent Coordination team to help bring the world's best early-career talent to Adobe. As a University Talent Coordinator, you'll play a vital role on the talent team.

\n


\n

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and finds genuine satisfaction in both order and care. You'll work alongside Talent Partners, Sourcers, hiring managers, University programs, and leadership to deliver a seamless, warm, and well-run experience from the first interview to onboarding day. You're the person who keeps a busy season moving, remembers there's a nervous student behind every calendar invite, and makes everyone around you feel taken care of.

Day to day, you'll coordinate a high volume of interviews, offers, and pre-hire conditions — involved at every stage of the process to get every candidate through the door. University recruiting moves in waves, and you'll be the steady hand that keeps each one on track, bringing calm, organization, and a sense of humor when competing priorities pile up.

This position will support our team on a full-time 40-hour work week basis with the expectation of coming into the office 3 days a week. This is a contingent position (temp) that will be W2 payrolled through our CWP managed service provider, Magnit. Magnit offers health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.

What You'll Do

\n

    \n
  • Partner closely with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to drive candidates through the full interview, offer, and hiring process. This is a full-cycle Talent Coordination role with involvement at every stage.
  • \n

  • Manage complex candidate scheduling for remote and in-person interviews, including travel if necessary.
  • \n

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for University Graduates and Interns, delivering a world-class experience that reflects how much we value the people we hire.
  • \n

  • Prioritize and manage multiple Talent Partners and candidates while providing world class customer service.
  • \n

  • Demonstrate strong data accuracy and attention to detail in Workday, scheduling interviews, and audits.
  • \n

  • Support internal partners while extending offers and providing accurate documents including visas, relocation addendums, etc.
  • \n

  • Manage all pre-hire conditions including background checks and employee information to complete hiring and onboarding.
  • \n

  • Support Talent Operations and Talent Coordinator leadership team with improving procedures, processes, and projects.
  • \n

  • Bring a positive energy, collaborative mindset, and lean-in attitude to meet SLA's and team objectives every day.

What You Need To Succeed

\n

    \n
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or human resources preferred
  • \n

  • BA/BS degree is encouraged, or equivalent work experience is required. University or early-careers recruiting experience is a plus.
  • \n

  • Adept & disciplined in using an Applicant Tracking System or CRM tool; Workday and Phenom specifically is a plus.
  • \n

  • Being motivated, detailed-oriented, and team oriented are required skills.
  • \n

  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple projects.
  • \n

  • Phenomenal interpersonal skills; Excels at developing relationships across groups and functions at all levels of the organization including senior leadership
