On-Call and Part Time Janitor - Floor Technician

Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Clean Solution Services Inc. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor - Floor Technician to join our team in Moffett Field, CA. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing facilities
• Operate and maintain floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and burnishers
• Strip, wax, and refinish hard surface floors to maintain appearance and safety standards
• Carpet Cleaning using hot water extraction methods
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Remove trash and recyclables and replace liners throughout the facility
• Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to supervisors
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and proper chemical handling procedures

Requirements:

• MUST PASS FEDERAL BACKGROUND TEST TO ENTER SITE
• Prior experience in commercial janitorial, custodial, or floor care services required
• Hands-on experience with floor machines, auto scrubbers, and burnishing equipment a plus
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, dilution ratios, and safe handling practices
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and quality
• Must be able to pass a background check
