Job Description
A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking an Construction Manager and help them&nbsp; manage complex reconstruction and renovation such as Building Envelope/Waterproofing Remediation and MEP upgrades at their Palo Alto, CA office.
Your Day Includes:
<ul>
<li>
Managing reconstruction projects from start to finish
</li>
<li>
Interacting with Developers and Owners
</li>
<li>
Managing the contractor on projects
</li>
<li>
Facilitating meetings
</li>
<li>
Maintaining a good handle on construction and repair costs associated with mechanical work
</li>
</ul>
Must Haves:
<ul>
<li>
BSCE or BSSE 4 Year Degree
</li>
<li>
3-5 Years in Construction Project Management
</li>
<li>
Expertise in Building Envelope/Waterproofing Remediation and MEP upgrades
</li>
</ul>
