What This Role Is
This is not a traditional employment role.
The Venture Partner role is designed for experienced operators, investors, and ecosystem leaders who can introduce:

High-quality founders and startups

Accredited investors, LPs, and family offices

Strategic partners into the Initio Capital platform
Venture Partners participate in the upside generated through these introductions.
What You’ll Do
As a Venture Partner, you will:

Refer vetted founders and venture-scale startups
-
Introduce investors, LPs, and capital partners
-
Support deal flow growth across Initio Capital platforms

Participate selectively in advisory, diligence, or ecosystem activities
-
Operate independently with full flexibility
There are no quotas or fixed hours.
How You Earn
Venture Partners earn through:

Referral commissions tied to successful introductions

Deal-level participation and carry on select investments

Long-term upside aligned with platform growth
Earnings are performance-based and uncapped.
