Job DescriptionDPP is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for an opportunity with our client in the Aerospace and Defense Manufacturing industry. &nbsp; Work Location: Onsite in San Diego, CA Duration: 2 months Terms: W2 Contract Work Authorization: US Citizen &nbsp; Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Support the assembly of various composite and metallic components.</li>
<li>Report to Value Stream Manager and support key production programs. </li>
<li>Read and comprehend Manufacturing Work Instructions and internal specifications.</li>
<li>Follow both written and verbal directions.</li>
<li>Good time management and a team player.</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High School diploma or equivalent and zero years of experience.</li>
<li>Attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to comprehend written and verbal directions.</li>
<li>Good written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Familiar with Microsoft Produces and able to learn how to operate various software systems (Costpoint CP and MES).</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Mechanically inclined.</li>
<li>Familiar with composite and metallic details.</li>
<li>Experience in a manufacturing environment.</li>
