Neighborhood Canvasser / Door Hanger Distributor
US POWER | Los Angeles Area
$18.50/hour + bonuses and commissions | Annual earning potential: $50,000–$70,000

We’re hiring dependable, motivated canvassers to deliver door hangers to homes throughout local neighborhoods. Help homeowners discover our solar and home energy solutions while enjoying an active, outdoor role.
No solar or sales experience is required. We provide paid training, personalized coaching, and ongoing support.
What You’ll Do
- Walk assigned neighborhood routes and deliver door hangers to homeowners’ doors.
- Place materials neatly and securely while respecting private property and posted signs.
- Track completed routes and report distribution activity accurately.
- Represent US POWER professionally and courteously.
- Participate in team meetings and coaching to help meet daily distribution goals.
Your primary focus is delivering door hangers and completing assigned routes. Our Solar Consultants handle consultations, proposals, financing, and closing.
Compensation
- $18.50/hour.
- Bonus and commission opportunities, including weekly performance bonuses.
- Potential to earn $50,000–$70,000 annually, based on performance.
Full compensation details, including how bonuses and commissions are earned under our door hanger program, will be reviewed during the interview.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 1:30 PM–6:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
Who We’re Looking For
Dependable, self-motivated people who prefer being outdoors, enjoy staying active, and are comfortable walking for extended periods. You should be able to follow assigned routes, pay attention to details, and work toward daily distribution goals.
Experience in delivery, canvassing, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus—but no experience is required.
